The group exhibition Art for Humans engages with
questions of art, humanity – and above all,
of humankind.
Thomas Kranabetter draws an arc of the body, the
corporeal, the human across three works. The Flesh Gun – Fleisch in Form eines Gewehrs, ummantelt von Epoxidharz. Dear Skin! – life-size, made of latex and PU foam on an abstract ground. Tree High – ten nude portraits: photographs of the painted artist in the forest.
Wolfgang Schwarz shows three digital Collages, in which an undefined abstract-geometric object
integrates itself into a natural landscape – as well as a series of watercolour Portraits, ranging from realistic renderings to abstracting and exaggerating representations.
Atelier LAV presents: Forest Skin Bathing / Shinrin Hada Yoku
Inspired by the idea of forest bathing, an immersive
installation is created here from several objects:
a mesh kimono dyed in skin tones, installed on a branch – with paper leaves made from close-up skin photographs; a semicircle painted in skin tones on a bed of moss; SnapPap dyed in shades of pink in a moss-covered frame.
